    I really try to avoid buying/eating store bought granola and cereal bars for several reasons: 1) The are loaded with extra sugar 2) They often contain processed soy and protein derivatives 3) They are overpriced I have posted recipes for homemade bars in the past, but I think these bites are a great alternative, and slightly more convenient to store and travel with.
