I often get asked by clients, "What do you eat?". And to that, my answer is simple. Whatever my body wants. Not too little and not too much. While I appreciate that this is not as simple for everyone, I find that a more intuitive and mindful approach to food works best for me and my family. So to those still dying to know what I am eating these days, check out a few of my current faves.
Mini Veggies

In particular, mini bell peppers and mini cucumbers. I prefer to buy organic and find that the most affordable options are available at Aldi and Trader Joes. I like to pair these cuties with hummus or cream cheese for a satisfying mid-day snack.
Delighted By Hummus dessert hummus
It's a thing and it's amazing. I like to think of hummus as the OG of super foods. We love to pair our dessert hummus with fruit and crackers......or a spoon.
Cotton Candy Grapes
Or, as I like to call them, the unicorn of the food world. Apparently, this mystical treat is made by breeding two different types of grapes together, resulting in a heavenly cotton candy taste (assuming you love cotton candy). I have only found them on one lucky occasion. I picked up one batch and came back a day later to scoop up some more. After that, they were gone forever. It was a magical two days.
Kodiak Cakes
Most pancakes leave me feeling hungry an hour later, but Kodiak Cakes are made with whole grain and whey protein for some staying power. I pair mine with a few tablespoons of maple syrup and fruit and can usually find them at Target or my local, conventional grocery store.
Loulou Lollipop Macaron Teether
Not exactly food, but it is made of 100% food grade silicone! This accessory made teething a little more fashionable, but not at all more tolerable. Sorry.
