    I really try to avoid buying/eating store bought granola and cereal bars for several reasons: 1) The are loaded with extra sugar 2) They often contain processed soy and protein derivatives 3) They are overpriced I have posted recipes for homemade bars in the past, but I think these bites are a great alternative, and slightly more convenient to store and travel with.     The creative folks at Starbucks have finally wised up. Finally, a new drink without the standard four pumps of yellow syrup flavoring or mound of whipped cream. The coffee giant now offers the Flat White. A drink with "expertly steamed milk poured over ristretto shots of espresso and finished with a Starbucks signature dot".
