The start of a new year can bring up a strong desire for change. For some, this change may come in the form of diet modifications or weight loss. For others, it's to continue healing a disordered relationship with food. Whatever the intention may be, the start of the new year can be the perfect time to reflect on what it is that YOU may need to fulfill your personal, family, professional or spiritual life.
