Easy Crispy Buffalo Tofu Recipes

Adding tofu into your diet is a great way to get high quality, complete protein as well as beneficial vitamins and minerals (iron, calcium, manganese, selenium, phosphorous, magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1).

If you want to make this recipe vegan, Primal Kitchen makes great vegan buffalo sauce and ranch for dipping!

Enjoy these bites as an appetizer with your favorite veggies and dip or add to a salad, sandwich or wrap!

14oz extra firm tofu

2 tbsp cornstarch

½ cup buffalo sauce
