Don't grab those stretchy pants yet! You can still adhere to your weight loss goals and enjoy the holidays without the guilt. Think about it. Over the next 30-something days, how often will you be at a party or event? Probably less than five times. See!? Plenty of opportunity to stay on track. The most important tool you can use to combat unwanted holiday bloat, aside from reading my blog and making a special visit to my office, is tracking your intake using apps like Myfitnesspal.com, LoseIt.com.....or kick it old school with good old pen and paper. Be mindful, and please keep the drinking under control. Drunkenness=more calories in and less out the next day. In the meantime, take a gander at my pre-selected Thanksgiving Day menu that just reeks of deliciousness holiday cheer and calorie control.
